Fees & Other Details....



The weekly tuition that you pay reserves your child's spot; not the amount of hours or days used for that week, month, or year. All spots are reserved on a set scheduled and for those specific days. If days are not used payment is still required; if another day is needed for that week additional payment is required and subject to availability.

Tuition:

Tuition includes all activity fees and food unless otherwise noted. Additional fees are rare and usually only in the summer. Occasionally there may be a fee for a FUN activity such as a special outing.

45 hours a week ~ $130.00, per week per child, weekly tuition due on Friday for the next week of care. Twice Monthly payments are also accepted on the 1st & 15th if necessary.

Invoices are sent by email 3 days prior to being due. These invoices are your receipt. Invoices are emailed from Fresh Books and a 1-2 week notice will be given if I switch invoice providers. Tax forms also are available and will be emailed upon request. Preschool Fees:

All children 3-5 years old that do not attend Preschool will be enrolled in a Preschool Program and additional fees will be applied. Mother Goose Time is our chosen Preschool Program at this time and there is a monthly fee for this based on the number of children I have participating. This fee will be added to your invoice by the 15th prior to the following month (ie fee for September is added to your invoice by August 15th).

Registration Fee:
A registration fee of 1 week per child is required ~ $130/child

Late Fees:
Tuition is due on the Friday before the next weeks care. If payment has not been made on time I may choose to apply a late fee of $10/day and the full tuition and late fee must be paid prior to your child returning.

Sunny Days Daycare closes by 5:30 pm unless other arrangements have been made with me, Tina Peterson, for a later pickup. Parents must have their child picked up by then or a late fee will be assessed. Parents who call after pickup time will receive a late fee.

Note: Your tuition provides for your child's comfort at Sunny Days Daycare. It provides heat, air conditioning, food, supplies for activities and their education as well as gas for school transportation. Please add your Daycare Tuition to your Monthly Budget. Thank you!

Drop In Fees:
Occasionally we will have a playmate join us on a drop in basis. This will be rare and depends on if Daycare is full for the day. Usually this will be an older sibling who does not have school due to a school holiday. Drop In Fees are $25/day and parents will pay any additional fees if an activity is planned.

Summer Activity Fee:
Effective with Summer 2014 a monthly Summer Activity Fee of $20/child will be accessed to help cover the entrance fees, classes and transportation costs. This fee may be adjusted and parents will be notified by May 1st about any changes and plans that are being made.
